Our organization’s board of directors is made up of two executive leaders from each of our owner health systems. The group meets with our executive team quarterly and stay fully engaged in our program. It provides oversight, guidance, and accountability over all facets of our operations. They align in strategic direction, high‑level decisions, and the best interests of our organization and the patients and customers we serve.
